There's another format war going on right now, Blue Ray vs HD-DVD, I happen to own a television capable of HD pictures, so this is something I have some casual interest in. Also owning an X-Box 360 made jumping into the HD-DVD camp easy and (relatively) cheap.


That being said, do you know what would really win the format war for me? Not better picture, more realistic sound, or five billion individual audio tracks with commentary I'll never hear. No, it would be packaging that didn't include four difficult to remove stickers on my recently legally paid for purchase. If I could just pick up the box, pay for it, and open it (possibly removing shrink wrap) and throw it in my drive, I'd be there.



On the topic of the look of perfect however. I loaned my PSP to a dear friend for most of the summer while I was traveling, and haven't had the heart to start playing it again until recently. It seems entirely likely I wont be making the high score list anytime soon:
